Phoned up on a Wednesday to get my non-running van booked in. Was looked at the following Monday and resolved by the afternoon. Clear explanation on the issue, documented by the technician on the paper work and a great price. Will definitely use again

Our car broke down while we were on holiday. Walked in and was looked after by staff. Car was repaired within 24 hours and prices were fair.

Karen the receptionist is absolutely fantastic! She has such a brilliant telephone manner very friendly and polite makes entering feel less daunting. Karen will pull as many strings as she can to get you in the same day to make sure you’re driving safely. Engineers/Mechanics brilliant! Very chatty and will go above and beyond their job to see your car get fixed! Especially if it’s an ST! MOT Engineer is so easy going and trustworthy. Focus ST fanatic we know that ours will be looked after properly! It’s easy to say every person that works within this garage will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy! A huge thank you to Gary and the mechanic who replaced the clutch on our Renualt Traffic. We broke down on our last day of holiday and had a nightmare of a Sunday while we waited to find out the cost of repairs and whether we could extend our stay at our camp site. They got to work straight away and had it ready for us to collect late on Tuesday. I can't recommend them enough! I didn't get to speak to the lad that did the job but Gary is really nice bloke too. Thanks!

I feel I need to share my thoughts regards an experience my daughter had very recently with Autotec. She had some preventative maintenance done on her car. Consequently a brand new part failed within just a few miles. Now most garages state that they stand by their work regardless, but they can come with a lot of ifs and buts. Great credit to Gary and his team they fixed the problem with no ifs or buts, I have been a customer for many years and now my daughter will be doing the same.many thanks to all at Autotec.

Short notice appointment for an air con regas. The service was spot on the air con is lovely and cold. The staff are very polite and the technician who worked on my vehicle was very polite and very knowledgeable and did not mind answering any questions that I had. I am not from the local area and was only on yarmouth on holiday but will deffo use again when I am in the area and I recommend them to people

I have used Autotech for a number of years now and I honestly wouldn't use anywhere else now. I'm a driving instructor and Gary and his team always make sure my car is fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible as for me, time is money. I feel safe knowing that as a woman, I don't get ripped off and everything is always explained to me so I understand what's wrong with my car. I also like that there are never any hidden charges, the price I get quoted, is the price I pay. Do hesitate in using this garage as you will not be disappointed.

Didn’t go in to this garage but phoned them this morning regarding an electrical light problem and the man was so kind and helpful on the phone, apologised because they didn’t have any space to get my car in today but his customer service was absolutely amazing and helped me understand what the problem could possibly be to get to a garage. Thank you!
