I had an extremely bad experience with this guy. If I could give a rate of "MINUS 5" I would. First of all the business address is the address of an Indian restaurant. I know this because I went looking for my laptop as I was worried by the bad communication. He is extremely pushy to ask for money but can't communicate to explain what is going on. As another client said, the guy just comes to pick up your laptop (£50) from your home and send it to shops for repairs. So he is only subcontracting to other shops and take his pay cut on the payments. On top of these £50 he will charge you a price of repair so it is not discounted... He came home and removed a piece of my laptop... I saw it and I asked him to put EVERYTHING BACK TO PLACE. BEFORE he returned the laptop he told me that EVERYTHING was back to place and that he was going to SEND ME A PICTURE before closing the laptop. When he gave me back the laptop WITHOUT sending me THE PICTURE OF MY MOTHERBOARD , I told him that I will have to open the laptop to CHECK, then he called me to say that HE DIDN'T put the piece back. So HE IS A LIAR as if I didn't say that I was going to check he would have left me believe otherwise. I was going overseas for 3 MONTHS, I told him that on day 1 and still he asked me if I could wait 3 MONTHS to be back before he puts the piece back. I asked him if he was going to replace my laptop if it burns with overheat. Then he came early next day to put the piece back. I highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. You are much better to go to LOCAL REPAIR SHOPS. PLEASE READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Lost of positive reviews can be fake or friends or etc... I ADD EXTRA COMMENTS FOLLOWING THE COMMENT OF THE OWNER. I clicked OK BEFORE I knew that SOMETHING WAS MISSING. You rushed for confirmation KNOWING THAT A PIECE WAS MISSING.

Although I had a broken laptop and no longer was able to access my hard drive and on this Taj delivered. I now have a working laptop and have access to my files. This is what I paid him to deliver on. I have to agree that communication could be much better and if there is a negative this is it. The impression I got from the outset was this was going to be a few days but it ended up being 2 weeks. That is ok as I suppose the damage was worse that originally anticipated there was very little communication on what the end product would look like. I started with an Envy and ended up with an Elitebook. The keyboard is completely different and my original charger no longer works but" hey ho" I will figure that out. What bothers me is this came as a surprise. I was not warned of this. He expects you to trust him but in a big town trust is not automatic and relies on clear communication at all times. Before you make changes you need to explain exactly why you are making the changes and give the customer the option to take back the broken product rather than just ask for more money. The original quote doubled and I just have to trust this was my only option. The other thing that matters is timing. If you say you are returning something at 7pm don't show up at ten past five so I have to rush home from work. This was inconvenient and no apology was made. I was stressed hot and bothered. Not the best time to ask me for a review before I have even had a chance to switch the computer on and recover the hard drive. Communication is everything you have to make your customers believe in you not just expect it. I would recommend this company for simple repairs but if it is more complicated perhaps not. Sorry.

Was looking for a someone local to repair my smashed laptop screen. All repaired quickly. Taj was very helpful and came to pick up and deliver my laptop. Thanks for your help

Been meaning to write this review for a couple of months. He came over and didn’t fix my computer and then demanded extra money for a call out fee that he previously didn’t tell me about. Just seen he has responded and said he’d report me for harassment bcc i left a bad review. THIS MAN IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Poured water in my new pc by accident and the service to fix it was extensive but done quickly and safely. Great work

Engineer Taj came to me and solved my desktop no signal issue very quickly and cheap, good service, very helpful, very nice, I will call again. highly recommended .

Taj fixed my laptop that had been out of action for a couple of years. His service was friendly, professional, fast and efficient! He has excellent communication and even came to pick my laptop up and drop it off at my home. Would highly recommend, thank you 😊

Great service ! Sorted everything for me updated windows 10 to 11 as it is going to expired soon even not supporting windows 11 . He has vast technical knowledge how to upgrade unsupported PC. I'm so much happier as I do not need to buy another computer.Highly recommended .
