Went to the co-op and decided to do what I said I'd do. Add up what I'm spending and compare it to the price tags listed in the shop to my receipt. Now it gets interesting. The price tags in the shop are all wrong or lying. It said 0.77p for membership price on pasta, original price 0.85p. I got charged 0.85p even though I scanned my membership card. So all the items I got that listed membership discount I never got. I noticed also the young fella in there scanned all my reduced items on the normal barcode not even paying attention. Last night I went in, the shop was empty and the older woman with glasses was stood there on her phone whilst I was waiting at the tills to be served for almost 5 minutes. I didn't say anything as I don't work there. I have noticed how slow the customer service is here. And how the all the women, especially that rude one with the glasses; they just stand around talking and watching ya without serving when there's a Q. Also if you have a Q of customers get rid of the Q first then go back to stacking shelves. You can't stack shelves if your shop full of people simple. Really shocked by this. Its the first convince shop we're I've felt something needed to be said. It's ridiculous and not fair on the paying customer. Especially on tight budgets when your trying to actively cut the cost with your membership card and your not actually getting it at membership price.

Most disappointed today to hear that trollys will not be kept in the car park at the Great Wakering store anymore. As a person with mobility problems that has used this store for 8 years I will have to find a store that is more friendly to disabled customers.
